2. Two-Tier Data Retention Engine (Layer 6 Standard)

• Tier 1 (Soft Delete): Marketing contact information and profile records are soft-deleted immediately upon request.
• Tier 2 (Tax & Financial Compliance): Invoices, transaction UUIDs, and payment confirmation logs are retained in encrypted compliance storage for 7 years as required by commercial tax laws.
